What if there was a new Ramul haggle level: Stroppy, or something. He would choose inventory objects one at a time like Picky, but only take from whole categories, either base, refined, or item. That way you could clear out all your base materials first a little better. Or your items. If you tweaked his cold, robotic heartstrings just right.
