NPCs: Bystander

A rustle in the bushes... a tall shaggy figure... could it be the legend of the woods? Bigfoot?

Follow the creature but do not disturb. Food is welcome after a long journey.

How it starts

A bystander saw something in the bushes. Follow it.

Did you see that? I think it was bigfoot!

What to do

Bigfoot moves fast. Follow at a safe distance until they stop running. Do not get in the way and do not strike first. Bigfoot only attacks if you do.

The creature stamps and rages. You are in the way! Let them pass!

Tiny heroes should keep well back. Big feet mean danger.

When Bigfoot finally stops offer food. Any kind of food earns you a chest. A happy Bigfoot gives you a thumbs up. A very happy one gives you a bear hug. Tame them and you can ride the fabled cryptid of legend.

You now ride the fabled cryptid of legend! Tally ho!

Hurt Bigfoot and the quest ends poorly.
