The mayor has been busily watering his petunias and erecting a greenhouse! His florals are popping and he ain't stopping!

Talk to three shopkeepers. Return taxes to the mayor for a reward.

How it starts

Tax time. The mayor hands you an abacus and sends you to collect from three shopkeepers.

Tax time! Take this abacus. Talk to three shopkeepers then return!

What to do

Find three shops and talk to each shopkeeper. They pay up with varying enthusiasm. Return to the mayor with the coins. You can deposit what you have collected so far with him at any time.

These are the taxes collected so far? Splendid! Consider them safe!

The shopkeepers remember whose side you took.

You helped the mayor? After all my good deals!

Reward

The more coins you bring the better the mayor's garden and the better your reward. With 6 he prunes the roses. With 12 he installs a shrubbery. Bring too few and he is not pleased. Greedy heroes may be allowed to keep the taxes.
