This hero needs to fill up on blood to stay healthy.

Every few actions they lose some blood meter. Killing enemies restores a little. Biting a NPC restores a lot.

When they completely run out of blood they get sick.

Being sick means you lose autoheal and instead lose health every few turns. You can't die from sickness.
